Here we go...

I had to retire a few years ago due to disability and chronic pain.  My story is a long and complicated one, beginning in my childhood when I spent a year in the hospital after being struck by a drunk driver. I will explain it all eventually, but for now suffice to say that my life is almost completely dominated and restricted by my deteriorating health, with the primary problem being chronic muscle spasms in my thoracic (upper) back, which have now spread through my entire back and into my hips.  On the other hand, I have had a wonderful life and still think of myself as a very lucky man.  I continue to struggle to have a life.

Lately, I am working on setting up a music area in my basement, which I am greatly excited about even though it is taking me many years to do as does everything.  I am also still (once every couple of months) making landscape photographs.

So just to start things off, by all means please leave a comment if you are so inclined, and if anyone has myofascial spasm or trigger point pain I would really love to hear from you.  Thanks for stopping by.
